Within the attendant isolation of Station 2, there is an abiding eye that monitors time and space on our alleged behalf. Yet, we would like you to leave immediately. We are right where we wanted to be for Station 2.
Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Yezbick attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate and graduate coursework in the social sciences. In 2010 she received her M.A. in Cultural Anthropology, was published by Wayne State University Press in Arab Detroit 9/11: Life in the Terror Decade, and has since been exploring the connections between anthropology and her art practice. Yezbick graduated with an MFA in Art from the California Institute of the Arts in 2016. Yezbick’s work has been exhibited in solo exhibitions at New City Space (Glasgow) and Studio 41 (Glasgow) and in group exhibitions at REDCAT (Los Angeles),The N'Namdi Center for Contemporary Art (Detroit) and at Printed Matter (New York). She lives and works in Los Angeles.
